Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director to oversee the operations of our community living homes. As the Community Director, you will be responsible for providing exceptional life experience and leadership to our residents while ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects of the community.

Duties:

- Provide leadership and guidance to home managers and DSP's while ensuring a positive and supportive work environment

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards

- Supervise and coordinate resident care services, including medication administration and assisting with activities of daily living

- Ensure resident rights are respected and upheld at all times

- Oversee the financial management of the community, including budgeting, billing, and financial reporting

- Collaborate with external stakeholders such as families, healthcare professionals, and regulatory agencies

- Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs and develop individualized care plans

- Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with company policies

Experience:

- Bachelors degree in psychology, social work, human services or related field.

- Previous experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or senior living setting

- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and financial operations effectively

- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable

- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and regulations

- Proven ability to supervise and motivate staff members

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Proficient in operations management within a residential or home care setting

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
